a clear plan.
Useful monitoring begins with the everyday places people pass through. We help define which camera views matter, when they should be observed and what happens next.

- Residential parking, parcel and delivery areas
- Communal grounds and selected external zones
A considered view of
your shared spaces.
Choose a zone to explore what an agreed monitoring plan could include.

01Entrances & shared lobbies
Observe agreed entrances and shared access points. Building staff retain responsibility for physical access and local response.
02Residential parking
Review selected parking lanes and access routes where available views, lighting and the monitoring schedule allow.
03Parcels & deliveries
Add visibility around agreed delivery areas. Camera observation cannot authenticate every visitor or guarantee parcel security.
04External communal spaces
Define relevant external pathways and shared grounds while excluding private homes and other private spaces.
Only customer-approved shared and external areas. Private apartments and private living spaces are excluded.

Professional observation.
A human point of view.
Your cameras provide the view. An agreed operating plan gives monitoring its purpose: observing selected areas, reviewing visible activity and keeping the right property contacts informed.
Coverage always depends on the approved scope, usable footage and a working connection.

Explore how monitoring worksSURVEILLANCE FOR YOU brings a residential focus to NETEX Security’s remote monitoring offering. NETEX handles enquiries, service assessment and agreed delivery arrangements.
The company behind usClear expectations.
From the beginning.
Every property is different. The right scope starts with the right questions.
Understand the processCan you work with our existing cameras?
Compatibility is reviewed first. NETEX needs to assess your cameras or recorder, remote access method, connectivity and available image quality before confirming a suitable monitoring arrangement.
Is every camera watched continuously?
Monitoring hours, selected views and observation methods must be agreed in writing. Continuous human viewing of every camera is not implied.
Do you monitor inside private apartments?
No. The residential service is scoped around authorised shared and external areas. Private apartments and private living spaces are excluded.
Who authorises access to our cameras?
An authorised customer representative must approve access and the permitted views. Privacy notices, access permissions and local requirements need to be addressed before service starts.
What happens when unusual activity is observed?
Available footage is reviewed and relevant observations are handled under customer-approved escalation instructions. Police dispatch and specific response times are not guaranteed.
What reporting can our property team receive?
Reporting content, frequency, recipients and delivery channels are agreed during onboarding. A report may include time, zone, observations, verification notes, action and follow-up.
How do we get a property ready?
Start with a camera inventory, priority shared areas, monitoring hours and a current contact list. NETEX reviews technical access, scope and instructions before confirming the service.
Is the service available in our country?
Discuss your location with NETEX. Technical feasibility, operational suitability and applicable local requirements must be confirmed for each proposed service.
Give your properties the monitoring attention they deserve.
You’ll continue to NETEX Security.
Service scope and regional availability are confirmed with you.
