What monitoring can support. What it cannot guarantee.
Remote CCTV monitoring supports observation, reporting and agreed escalation. Its usefulness depends on the available views, technical conditions, operating instructions and the people responsible for taking action.
Coverage is defined, not assumed
The service covers only the selected cameras, hours and observation arrangement accepted in the service agreement. Access to a camera does not mean it is continuously watched by a dedicated operator.
Private apartments and other private living spaces are outside the monitoring service described on this website. Additional capabilities such as audio monitoring, facial recognition, remote gate operation or licence-plate recognition are not implied.
The camera determines what can be seen
Camera positioning, field of view, lighting, resolution, frame rate, obstructions and image quality can limit observation. Blind spots and activity outside the frame remain outside the view.
Power, network or equipment failures may interrupt remote access. Universal camera compatibility, uninterrupted visibility and detection of every incident are not guaranteed. Any system-health checks or outage notifications must be separately defined in the scope.
Observation is not physical intervention
Operators cannot physically attend a property or prevent an event through observation alone. Monitoring does not replace appropriate locks, access control, maintenance, onsite staff or emergency arrangements.
Escalation follows customer-approved instructions. Contacting a nominated person does not guarantee that they will answer, attend or resolve the issue. No automatic police dispatch, emergency-service attendance or guaranteed response time is promised.
Footage and reports have boundaries
A visible event may lack the context needed to establish identity, ownership, intent or authorisation. Reports should distinguish observed facts from matters requiring confirmation.
Recording, retained footage, exports, screenshots and historical review depend on the available systems, permissions and agreed service. Live access does not automatically provide a recording archive or establish an evidentiary finding.
Every property needs confirmation
The customer must have the necessary authority for the nominated views and address applicable privacy and surveillance requirements. Access details, escalation contacts and site instructions must remain current.
International enquiries are welcome, but availability is assessed for each location. This website does not claim verified service coverage, licensing, local offices or data-residency arrangements in every country. The accepted service agreement governs the final scope.
